Inside Sales Representative

A growing security services company has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales person. You will support the sales team with generating new business opportunities and developing a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Immediate Opening! $23 to $26/hour depending on experience Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Temporary position with potential for long term Key responsibilities will include: Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce security services and identify potential opportunities. Researching and identifying prospective clients across various industries. Understanding prospective clients' needs and qualifying potential leads. Scheduling appointments and meetings for the Client Success Management Team. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Conducting regular follow-ups with prospective clients. Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and other sales activities. Supporting the Sales team in moving qualified opportunities through the sales process. Working toward established lead generation, outbound activity and appointment-setting targets. Requirements Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation or a similar client-facing role. Experience within the security industry would be a strong asset. Experience with outbound calling, prospecting and lead generation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking with prospective clients. Strong research, organizational and follow-up skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales targets and performance goals. Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and other sales or prospecting tools would be an asset. Please submit your resume in Word or pdf.
