About the Role: Hiring for Raymond Reach Operator / Assembler – Afternoon Shift We are currently hiring an experienced Reach Forklift Operator / Warehouse Assembler for an afternoon-shift opportunity in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for order picking Shell products using a voice-pick headset, operating a Reach Forklift, and supporting general warehouse operations. This is a physically active position involving repetitive lifting of products up to 50 lbs, primarily from floor to shoulder height.
This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with opportunities for growth for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities: Hiring for Reach Operator / Assembler – Afternoon Shift
- Safely operate a Reach Forklift and other material-handling equipment
- Pick and assemble orders using a voice-collect/headset system
- Pick, move and stage pallets and products throughout the warehouse
- Perform receiving, shipping, inventory control and cycle counts
- Maintain accuracy and productivity targets
- Follow all company SOPs and workplace safety procedures
- Complete required equipment and safety checks
- Keep work areas clean, organized and safe
- Repetitively lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs
- Follow all Occupational Health & Safety requirements
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
- Previous Reach Forklift experience is required
- Warehouse and order-picking experience is an asset
- Experience using RF scanners, voice-pick/Vo collect systems is an asset
- Ability to safely and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
