Machine Operator

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Machine Operator to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Rotating 12-Hour Shift: 2 weeks: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM 2 weeks: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM Candidates must be comfortable rotating between both day and night shifts. Location: Mississauga, ON (Mavis Rd Matheson Blvd W) Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure safe and efficient production. Set up machines and adjust settings based on production requirements. Conduct routine equipment checks and report any mechanical issues, defects, or concerns. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production instructions, and all workplace safety policies. Operate plastic grinding equipment and assist with sorting and processing plastic materials. Monitor the grinding process and ensure materials are handled correctly. Maintain accurate basic production and inventory records. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production targets. Assist with additional production and general labour duties as required.
