Job Overview:

Alpine Building Maintenance is looking for Cleaners for an immediate position located within the Hamilton area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Picking up litter and debris throughout the parking lot and surrounding areas
  
• Sweeping curbs, sidewalks, and storefront entrances
  
• Cleaning around bollards, parking islands, and building perimeters
  
• Cleaning garbage enclosure areas and loading zones
  
• Assisting with pressure washing and other exterior cleaning tasks as required
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the property
  
• Assist at times inside the mall with removal of garbage
  

· Other duties and responsibilities as required

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be dependable and punctual
  
• Able to perform physical work and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  
• Previous cleaning, property maintenance experience is an asset
  
• Safety footwear required
