We're hiring a Food & Beverage Manager in Windsor!
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Starting at $65k + comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, including member dining, service standards, special events, and overall guest experience
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Front-of-House team, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management for a large team during peak season
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, building positive relationships with members and guests while addressing feedback and concerns
  • Manage beverage operations and inventory, including menu development, purchasing, inventory control, and cost management
  • Monitor financial and labour performance, including scheduling, labour costs, departmental reporting, revenue, and operational budgets
  • Ensure operational compliance and a positive team culture, maintaining company policies, service standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience
  • Strong financial acumen and organizational skills
  • Experience with event planning and execution
  • Thorough knowledge of beverages, including wine, beer, and spirits
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in a member-focused hospitality environment considered an asset
  • Experience with POS systems considered an asset
