Maritime Welding is Hiring!
We are searching for a Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our team in Bathurst, New Brunswick. Your main role and responsibilities would include:
- Draw and modify technical plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Participate in quality control of products and manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support to Fabricators.
- Complete inspection reports and document inspection results.
Applicants should hold a College Diploma (DEC) or equivalent training in Mechanical Engineering Technology and have skills in:
- Mathematics
- Computer applications
- Blueprint/technical drawing reading
- Metallurgy
A basic understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing principles, and at least 4 years of experience, would be considered strong assets.
