A strategic, highly organized program leader who can translate Partner needs and business priorities into measurable, well-executed programs. • serve as the central owner for a portfolio spanning Preferred Provider initiatives, Partner insights, growth programs, events, education, recognition, and community engagement.

As Manager Strategic Partner Programs, you bring with you:

  • Experience in Partner Success, account management, program management, business development, supplier relations, event management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver results through influence, collaboration, and disciplined project management.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, Partners, suppliers, and leaders.
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key qualifications:

  • Experience in Partner Success, Account Management, Program Management, Business Development, Supplier Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive results through influence and collaboration.

  • Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional Partner experiences and measurable business outcomes.

Key measures of success:

  • Preferred Provider revenue growth, supplier participation and retention, Partner adoption, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Partner Census participation; Benchmark Report completion, utilization, and satisfaction with business insights.
  • FPC participation, cross-sell opportunity identification, and adoption of Facilisgroup solutions and services.
  • Amplifi, executive event, New Partner Event, and Partner Summit participation, engagement, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Paid training results and effective execution of the Achiever Program and TASA Awards.
  • On-time delivery of strategic programs, strong cross-functional alignment, measurable Partner value, and contribution to engagement, retention, and growth objectives.
