Job Summary

Duties

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on various vehicle systems to identify issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair or replace defective parts.
• Assemble components according to schematics and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs needed and provide updates on vehicle status.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and working with equipment.

Requirements

• 310S License
• Shop and automotive experience
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as needed in the repair process.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications are a plus.
• A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all repairs performed.
