Flooring and Granite installer

**Term:** Six-month contract

**Pay:** $30–$35 CAD per hour

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

**Onsite training provided. Complete the full six-month contract and receive a $6,000 completion bonus in addition to your regular pay.**

Freelance Construction Group is looking for motivated, dependable people to join our installation team for a six-month project. We need people who show up ready to work, take pride in a clean finish, and are willing to learn and help with different tasks as the project progresses.

You'll help install:

- Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring and carpet tile.

- Granite countertops and matching granite backsplashes made from the same material as the countertops.

- SPC marble-look shower panels.

Team members must be willing to work across all of these tasks and switch between them as needed, including during the same workday. Onsite training is provided to help you learn the different installations.

The work includes preparing installation areas, measuring and fitting materials, following installation instructions, protecting finished surfaces, and keeping the work area clean and safe.

We're looking for people who:

- Are reliable, punctual, and motivated to do quality work.

- Are willing to learn and carry out any of the listed installation tasks as assigned.

- Follow directions, communicate clearly, and work well with others.

- Pay attention to detail and follow site safety procedures.

- Can commit to the full six-month contract and the agreed work schedule.

Experience with flooring, countertops, shower panels, or renovations is an asset. You do not need experience with every material listed—onsite training is provided.

**Completion bonus:** The $6,000 bonus is paid at the end of the contract to workers who complete the full six-month term. It is additional to regular pay.
