What We're Looking For

We're hiring experienced Welder/Fitters with strong hands-on fabrication ability. Foreman or supervisor experience is considered a strong asset.

You:

• Have proven Aluminum, MIG & TIG welding experience
• Can read and interpret fabrication and civil drawings
• Think outside the box
• Take pride in clean, precise work
• Show up consistently and work hard

• Can work independently or within a team

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings (welding, assembly, tolerances)
• Fabricate and weld both small and large assemblies
• Fit and assemble complex structures
• Inspect raw materials and finished product to meet specification
• Operate job-related equipment including:
• Cut-off saws
• Iron workers
• Hydraulic presses
• Shears
• Drill presses
• Torches & oxygen lances
• Pneumatic/power tools
• Plasma cutters
• Maintain strong housekeeping standards and safe work areas

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Summer Fridays: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Day shifts only
• Expected hours: 44 per week
• Overtime available

No nights. No rotating shifts.
