Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant

Full-Time | In-Office Position

We're looking for a friendly, organized and dependable person to join our growing team!

This position is an important part of the day-to-day operation of our office. You'll often be the first person our clients speak with or see, while also providing administrative support to our licensed insurance representatives.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
• Help clients with payments and general inquiries
• Direct insurance-related questions to the appropriate licensed team member
• Assist clients with connecting to and using our digital platforms
• Provide administrative and back-office support to our licensed representatives
• Assist with document preparation, organization, filing and other office tasks
• Help with agency marketing and social media initiatives
• Maintain a welcoming, professional and organized office environment

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is friendly, professional and enjoys working with people
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Is comfortable using computers and learning new digital systems
• Is dependable, detail-oriented and willing to take initiative
• Works well as part of a team
• Is interested in learning and growing within the insurance industry

Previous administrative or customer service experience would be an asset, but we're also willing to train the right person.

Compensation & Hours

• $19.95 per hour + paid health benefits
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Fully in-office position
• Opportunity to earn additional performance-based bonuses for marketing initiatives and select activities that support overall agency and team goals
