Intermediate Business System Analyst

Intermediate Business Analyst - 6 Month Contract
Our client is a leading professional services organization. As an Intermediate Business Analyst you will work closely with business leaders and project management colleagues to deliver business critical projects.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gain an understanding of their needs and to translate their needs to solution requirements
• Complete required BSA deliverables within set timelines.

Activities and deliverables may include:

• Conducting business process mapping, including live mapping sessions with business stakeholders
• Documenting solution requirements in the form of functional and non-functional documents
• Assisting with the creation of vendor evaluation documents for procurement purposes
• Creating custom documents to meet ad hoc requests, e.g., governance process documents, disaster recovery plans, etc.
• Documenting data mapping and conversion rules for data migration projects
• Communicate requirements to interested parties e.g., technical and business stakeholders
• Mentor business systems analysts and other employees who are interested in learning more about the role
• Review profiles of assigned projects to determine BSA scope of work and estimated work effort
• Contribute to developing and maintaining processes, procedures, standards, and tools for the BSA service
