Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain end-to-end AI-driven web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong frontend skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and React with backend expertise in full-stack web development to create scalable REST APIs, integrate and orchestrate large language models (LLMs), and implement agentic workflows that enable autonomous, multi-step task execution. You will work closely with product, design, and ML teams to translate product requirements into production-grade systems, ensure reliable data flows using JSON, and deliver user-focused experiences.
Qualifications

• Must have full-stack web application development experience
• Must also have experience in AI development (LLM integration, agentic workflows, tool calling...)
• Required skills: TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, Next.js, SQL, PostgreSQL, Agentic Workflows, Full-Stack Web Development, REST APIs, JSON, LLMs.
• Nice-to-have: Docker, Kubernetes, JIRA, AWS, Amazon Bedrock, AWS SDK, AI Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, accessible user interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs to support web and AI workloads, ensuring clean JSON-based contracts and versioning.
• Integrate LLMs into applications: prompt engineering, context management, response parsing, and monitoring for quality and safety.
• Design, develop, and operationalize agentic workflows and tool-calling mechanisms that coordinate multi-step, autonomous behaviors across services and external tools.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to define integration patterns for LLMs and ensure efficient, secure model usage and latency-aware designs.
• Implement robust error handling, validation, and state management for complex multi-turn interactions and async workflows.
• Write automated tests, perform code reviews, and maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and observability.
• Optimize performance and scalability of both frontend and backend components; participate in capacity planning and profiling.
• Deploy and operate applications in cloud environments; containerize services and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions and mentor junior engineers.
