Loader/Forklift Operator

Our client is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Loader/Forklift Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and loading customer orders efficiently while maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Loader (Forklift Operator): Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Payrate: $22.00

Key Responsibilities
•Build and assemble bundles according to order specifications.
•Prepare and organize customer orders in advance to ensure efficient truck loading.
•Arrange orders in the yard to maximize limited space and facilitate smooth loading operations.
•Coordinate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
•Safely and efficiently load trucks while following company safety procedures.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading and yard area.

Qualifications & Requirements
•Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or yard operations is an asset.
•Ability to safely handle and move materials.
•Strong organizational skills and spatial awareness.
•Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
•Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.

Preferred Skills:
•Forklift operation experience.
•Experience with strapping materials and preparing orders for shipment.
•Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Work Environment:
•Growing production facility
•Mandatory PPE (Steel toed safety shoes, safety glasses) while inside the facility
