Door to Door Team Lead (Seasonal, Commission)

The Pumpkin Gallery installs pumpkin displays on porches across GtA. Four fixed packages from $475 to $1,800, booked and paid online. Installs run to October 31.

We are hiring multiple team leads to build and run a door crew for the rest of the season.

What you would do

- Recruit and manage a crew of 3 to 8 door-to-door reps, mostly from your own network. You choose who is on the team.

- Train and run the pitch: script, roleplay, ride-alongs, daily coaching.

- Run the day: morning meeting, doors per hour, bookings by evening, one short report.

- Keep the reps. Turnover is the main risk on a door team and you are the reason people stay.

What it pays

- 20% of the order value on any porch you sell yourself, which is $95 to $360 per install.

- 7% override on every completed install your crew closes, which is $33 to $126 each.

- $150 for each rep who completes 10 installs.

- Paid bi-weekly, on completed installs. Commission only.

What we need

- Experience leading door-to-door, canvass or street sales, and running your own crew.

- Names of people who will knock for you. We do not hand over a roster; you build the team or bring it with you.

- Available through October 31, with a vehicle for ride-alongs.
