N2X Process Solutions is on the search for a talented Project & Documentation Coordinator!
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project & Documentation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will drive the successful planning, execution, and documentation of projects across various departments. Your expertise will ensure seamless communication, comprehensive record-keeping, and adherence to project management methodologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence project outcomes through effective coordination and meticulous documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and internal project team (engineering, supply chain, and logistics)
- Internal point of contact for coordination with the suppliers/manufacturers for expediting and scheduling
- Monitor and coordinate the movement of equipment and documentation through different stages of production in the project
- Maintain internal documentation library using internal software
- Process project commercial and technical documents such as drawings, reports, certifications, and procedures
- Submit project documentation and drawings to customers via email or customer document portal using internal software
- Communicating project plans, actions, risks, and issues with customers and internal project team
- Support teams in delivering projects, including updating or creating spreadsheets, coordinating deadlines, and meeting summaries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project or documentation coordination
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred
- Power BI experience with tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and Salesforce
- Data-driven project analysis, reporting, process optimization, and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency
- AI proficiency; be comfortable leveraging emerging technologies and open to adopting AI-powered solutions to drive innovation and productivity.
- Foundational knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
- Intermediate to advanced skill levels with Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner with a desire to grow personally and professionally
- Collaborative and communicative team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Willing and able to learn new skills and concepts quickly
- Excellent organization and time management skills
