Bartender/Server

Shannon's Irish Pub and Eatery in Winnipeg, MB is now hiring a part time Bartender/ Server with excellent interpersonal, communication skills, required in assisting and providing great customer service while working cohesivly with management/owners to create a fun, productive, and inclusive environment.
Duties:

• Adapting to changing conditions in a positive manner.
• Communicating and working respectfully with a strong team consistently delivering excellence in customer service.
• Demonstrating appropriate job knowledge in draft beer pouring and cocktails.
• Following direction from leadership on assigned tasks.
• Following established safe work policies and practices.
• Following Shannon's Irish Pub and Eatery policies and procedures.
• Meeting the establishments expectations.
• Meeting the productivity performance expectations and taking accountability for actions.

Qualifications for bartenders:

• Experience handling cash and balancing floats.
• Completed “Smart Choices" Certificate.
• Physical ability to lift and carry.
• The ability to work a variety of shifts if necessary, two years prior training in customer service, wine, spirits education and serving is expected.
