We're looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operation and help drive our next stage of growth.

Pay Range: $120,000 to $125,000

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support Production Supervisors and hourly teams across multiple shifts, creating a culture of safety, accountability and teamwork.
  • Own day-to-day production performance, ensuring we meet safety, quality, schedule and productivity targets.
  • Work closely with supervisors to plan labour, manage priorities and keep production moving.
  • Coach and develop your leadership team, helping supervisors build their skills and confidence.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including productivity, downtime, scrap, labour and efficiency, and turn the data into action.
  • Be visible on the production floor, identify issues early and work with the team to solve problems at the source.
  • Partner with Maintenance, Quality, HSE and Continuous Improvement to improve equipment reliability, processes and overall plant performance.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste, improve flow and increase productivity.
  • Ensure production teams follow company policies, safe work practices, quality standards and operating procedures.
  • Support employee engagement, training, performance management and workforce development.
  • Help build a strong pipeline of talent and develop the next generation of production leaders.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of progressive manufacturing or production leadership experience.
  • Previous experience managing production supervisors and hourly employees in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or similar methodologies.
  • Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze production data and translate it into actionable improvements.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
  • Experience in a 24/7 or rotating-shift manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or a related field is an asset.
