Administrative Clerk - Freight/Bill Auditor

We are currently seeking two experienced Freight Auditors to work for a Transportation company in Mississauga, ON. Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Pay: $22.00/hour Responsibilities: - Reviewing bills to ensure rate and billing accuracy - Performing pricing calculations - Responding to and resolving customer disputes - Completing oversized freight inspections - Other duties as required Qualifications: - Previous experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry - Understanding of bills of lading and LTL freight operations - Understanding of pricing fundamentals - Good computer skills and experience with programs such as Microsoft Office, TMW, Freshdesk, and BamKPI - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - High level of accuracy/attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills - Able to work independently or as part of a team - Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills Apply now!
