Refrigeration and HVAC Construction Foreman and/or Service Technician

Cold Pro is growing fast, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us. As our business continues to expand, we're adding Refrigeration and HVAC Construction Foreman and/or Service Technician to our team in Maple Ridge and the Lower Mainland.

Our foreman play a key role in supporting our business, delivering excellent service, and helping customers find the right solutions for their HVAC and refrigeration needs. With our ongoing growth, we're looking for motivated individuals who want to build their future here.

Requirements

• Experience in HVAC/R construction, including installation, retrofit, and project coordination
• Experience in HVAC/R Service
• Proven experience supervising and coordinating crews
• Ability to interpret and review blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings for HVAC/R installations
• Experience performing quality‐control inspections to ensure work meets project and regulatory requirements
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to maintain workflow and resolve issues
• Strong work ethic and self‐motivated attitude, with the ability to take initiative on fast‐moving projects
• Clean driver's abstract
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting both technicians and project leadership
• Professional communication and customer‐service skills, with the ability to represent the company on job sites
