PT Delivery Driver

About the Job:Totally Raw Pet Food is expanding its delivery routes with exciting new opportunities. We are currently hiring a part-time Delivery Driver for local deliveries within Mainland Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

Schedule:

• 18 - 24 hours a week.

Requirements:

• Individuals applying must have a good work ethic, be reliable, possess a valid NS driver's license, have reliable transportation to/from work.
• Driver's Abstract
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry loads of up to 15 kg (33 lbs.) throughout the workday.
• Ability to load and unload customer and production orders safely and efficiently.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, and moving of products as required.

The Delivery Driving portion will consist of:

• Drive delivery vehicle/truck.
• Pick, load and unload products to be delivered.
• Inspect the delivery vehicle regularly before each trip.
• Add fuel and maintain detailed records of fuel costs and mileage.
• Deliver items by the required delivery date and time.
• Manage paperwork and driver's log book.
• Ensure all delivered items remain intact during transport and delivery.
