Father Son and a Truck is looking for a skilled Carpenter and a motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our team. We specialize in quality residential renovations, construction projects, and property improvements throughout the Bow Valley. Carpenter Responsibilities

• Perform residential framing, finishing, and renovation work
• Read and interpret drawings and project specifications
• Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and other finish components
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site
• Mentor and support apprentices when required

Apprentice Carpenter Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters with construction and renovation projects
• Learn carpentry skills through hands-on experience
• Use and maintain hand and power tools safely
• Perform material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Carpenter

• Journeyman Carpenter or equivalent experience
• Residential construction and renovation experience
• Strong knowledge of building practices and safety requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Apprentice Carpenter

• Registered apprentice or looking to begin an apprenticeship
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and methods is an asset
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of performing construction work
