We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairstylist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a high level of professionalism. We are located downtown Kingston at the premier waterfront location in the historic 19th century building Woolen Mill. Our hair salon has big windows with lots of natural light and overlooking stunning waterfront of Rideau Canal. This becomes part of the charm and ambience of the salon. Duties:
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice
- Recommend salon products and services to enhance the client experience

Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario hairstylist license required
- Proven experience as a Hairstylist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, trends, and products
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
