Warehouse Order Picker

Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is looking for reliable and experienced Warehouse Order Pickers to join a busy clothing distribution warehouse. These are long-term, steady positions for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and want consistent employment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking clothing and apparel orders accurately according to pick lists or RF scanner instructions
• Packing and preparing orders for shipment
• Locating products throughout the warehouse
• Verifying item numbers, styles, sizes, colours and quantities
• Maintaining a consistent picking pace while minimizing errors
• Walking and standing for most of the shift
• Keeping your work area organized and following warehouse safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse order picking and packing experience is strongly preferred
• Experience working with clothing, apparel, footwear, retail merchandise or similar products is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• Good physical stamina — this is an active position involving significant walking throughout the shift
• Comfortable working toward productivity and accuracy targets
• Able to work independently while contributing to the warehouse team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Looking for steady, long-term employment, rather than short-term or temporary work

Shift Information

• Shifts available include days and afternoons.
