This opportunity is for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, can confidently diagnose and solve plumbing problems, and understands the importance of providing customers with an outstanding experience.
You will work on a variety of residential, commercial and light-industrial projects while taking ownership of service calls, installations and field decisions. You may also have the opportunity to lead projects and provide guidance to apprentices and developing technicians.

What You'll Be DoingL

• Diagnose, service and repair plumbing systems.
• Install plumbing fixtures, piping and equipment.
• Complete residential, commercial and light-industrial service work.
• Install and repair water distribution and drainage systems.
• Service pumps, valves, fixtures and related plumbing equipment.
• Complete renovations, replacements and new installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Identify plumbing deficiencies and potential safety concerns.
• Present repair and replacement options clearly to customers.
• Prepare material lists and help coordinate job requirements.
• Lead projects and provide guidance to apprentices when required.
• Complete accurate work orders, service notes and job documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, office staff and other trades.
• Ensure work complies with the Ontario Building Code and applicable regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized and professional job sites.
• Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation.
• Represent Go Industries professionally at every appointment.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Ontario 306A Plumber Certificate of Qualification.
• Strong plumbing service and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to work independently and make informed field decisions.
• Experience completing installations from planning through final testing.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical documentation.
• Thorough understanding of applicable plumbing codes and regulations.
• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Professional and customer-focused communication.
• Ability to organize jobs, materials and documentation.
• Valid Ontario G driver's licence.
• Clean driver's abstract.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Commercial or industrial plumbing experience, backflow certification, water-treatment experience, pump experience, drain-service experience or additional trade licences would be considered an asset.
