What You Will Do

  • Keep Machines Running: Monitor manufacturing equipment, perform basic repairs, and assist with tool/line changes.
  • Track Production: Monitor and record line efficiency, material weights, and machine downtime data.
  • Maintain Quality: Perform quality checks on finished plastic packaging and report discrepancies.
  • Stay Safe: Follow plant health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping protocols.

What We Are Looking For

  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong hands-on mechanical understanding and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Reliability: Ability to thrive and remain flexible in a steady, fast-paced production environment.
  • Team Players: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team leads and operators.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements

To ensure a safe work environment, all team members must wear mandatory, approved PPE while on site.
