The role primarily involves working in a freezer environment, with some work in cooler areas as required. Job Responsibilities You may be responsible for:

• Accurately and efficiently picking orders throughout the warehouse, primarily in the freezer, with some cooler-area work as needed.
• Inspecting products for defects, damage, or incorrect labels.
• Identifying products and locations using vendor information, item numbers, pack sizes, code dates, and product descriptions.
• Loading and unloading products from trucks.
• Moving, organizing, and staging products throughout the warehouse.
• Maintaining accurate product placement and inventory organization.
• Performing general warehouse cleaning and maintenance.
• Following company safety, security, and housekeeping procedures.
• Performing other general warehouse and material-handling duties as required.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, order picking, loading, or material-handling experience is an asset.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a freezer/multi-temperature warehouse.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets after training.
• Previous food warehouse experience is an asset.
• Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation is required due to limited public transit outside peak hours.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
