Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is driven, outgoing, organized, and motivated by results.

  • Previous experience in customer service, BDC, sales, or a similar role is an asset

  • Confident and professional communication skills

  • Strong ability to build relationships and connect with customers

  • Motivated by goals, activity, and results

  • Comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls

  • Excellent follow-up and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate CRM documentation

  • Comfortable with MS Office and computer systems

  • Valid BC Class 5 or 7 driver's licence with a clean abstract

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls, email, and online inquiries

  • Respond quickly and professionally to new leads and customer questions

  • Build relationships and uncover customer needs

  • Generate and book qualified appointments for the Sales and Service teams

  • Follow up with customers to maximize opportunities and increase appointment show rates

  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and existing customers

  • Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM

  • Support sales and service campaigns, promotions, and customer retention initiatives

  • Re-engage previous customers and identify new business opportunities

  • Work closely with Sales and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Track activity and follow up on opportunities to help achieve team and individual targets
