Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Pay: $800 - $1200 OTE

Duties:

• Engage directly with the community through dynamic in-person marketing activities—including managing information booths, connecting with people on busy streets, and representing our causes at high-profile special events.
• Educate and inspire the public by sharing compelling stories about our partner charities, answering questions with enthusiasm and expertise, and fostering a genuine connection with each person you meet.
• Motivate individuals to become long-term monthly donors, emphasizing the lasting impact of their support and building relationships that ensure ongoing contributions to life-changing causes.
• Use our intuitive custom company app to efficiently process donor information, track outreach efforts, and stay organized in daily activities.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for charitable causes and helping others
• Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, or community outreach is an asset, but not required
• Must be available Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
