Position Title: Senior Java Technical Lead
Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid - 2 days per week in-office
Duration: 12 plus months contract with possible extension

Experience Required: 10 & Above Years
Must Have Skills:
- 10+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
- Experience with React or Angular frontend development.
- Hands-on AWS cloud experience.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution implementation.
- Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and technical mentoring skills.
