Line Cook

This is a hands-on position where you'll be working on the line preparing fresh sandwiches, wraps and breakfast buns to order, along with plenty of behind-the-scenes prep to keep our kitchen running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing sandwiches, wraps and breakfast buns to order
• Preparing meats and vegetables using a meat slicer and other kitchen equipment
• Making fresh fillings, soups and salads
• Completing daily food preparation and ensuring everything is ready for service
• Maintaining a clean, organized and efficient work area
• Following food safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards
• Working as part of a team to keep service running smoothly
