Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Compensation: $90,000- $130,000+ earning potential
What we are looking for:
Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience in a Domestic or high-volume Import dealership
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage a high-volume workload while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Team Player with a gregarious, involved personality

Provide accurate quotes and maintenance guidance
What your day will look like:
Guide customers through the service process from check-in to vehicle delivery
Build repair recommendations and maintenance plans based on technician findings
Communicate repair timelines, approvals, and updates to customers
Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate estimates and efficient workflow
