Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

Compensation: $90,000- $130,000+ earning potential

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience in a Domestic or high-volume Import dealership

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

  • Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload while delivering an exceptional customer experience

  • Team Player with a gregarious, involved personality

  • Looking for a long-term career with growth opportunities

  • Provide accurate quotes and maintenance guidance

What your day will look like:

  • Guide customers through the service process from check-in to vehicle delivery

  • Build repair recommendations and maintenance plans based on technician findings

  • Communicate repair timelines, approvals, and updates to customers

  • Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate estimates and efficient workflow

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing repair opportunities
