Tim Hortons – Morning Baker (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Location: 142 Main Street East, Grimsby, ON

Tim Hortons is currently hiring a Morning Baker to join our team!

Shift Time:

• Morning Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Positions Available:

• Full-Time: 5 days per week (must be available 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

• Part-Time: 2–3 days per week (morning availability required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake and prepare all Tim Hortons baked goods according to brand standards

• Ensure product freshness, quality, and presentation

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

• Maintain proper product levels throughout the shift

• Organize and manage baking space efficiently

• Receive and rotate inventory using FIFO procedures

• Keep workstations clean and organized

• Support the team in achieving restaurant goals

Requirements:

• Previous baking or food service experience is an asset

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Excellent space management and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Reliable transportation for early morning shifts

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
