- Contribute to pricing strategies and policies.
- Manage pricing updates, quotations, and tenders.
- Monitor market conditions and competitive activity to support effective pricing decisions.
- Help protect company margins while remaining competitive in the marketplace.
- Follow up on administrative matters, including accounts receivable and internal processes.
- Participate in financial forecasting and help protect company profitability and business interests.
- Monitor and manage team expenses.
- Participate in approved business development, technical, and operational projects.
- Support the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the branch.
- Monitor inventory levels and contribute to inventory and storage strategies.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth branch operations and customer service.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales management experience.
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Demonstrated experience in technology sales, technical sales, and business development.
- Experience using CRM and marketing software is considered an asset.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience within the construction, surveying, engineering, or related technical markets is considered an asset.
- Solid Experience within the Construction industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong business development and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.

- French language skills are considered an asset but are not required.
- Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel as required, including occasional overnight travel.
- Base Salary $100K+ negotiable on experience.
