White Rock Dodge, part of the Trotman Auto Group, is looking for a driven and organized Tower Operator to take a key role in our Service Department.
As the Tower Operator, you are at the centre of the action. You'll coordinate the daily flow of work, dispatch repair orders, monitor Technician productivity, and make sure the Service Department is operating at its best.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Compensation: $60,000-$75,000/ annual
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment preferred.
Strong understanding of service shop operations and workflow.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
What your day will look like:
Workflow & Dispatching: Prioritize and dispatch work efficiently with Technicians to maintain shop flow and productivity. Monitor shop capacity and coordinate with other departments.
Repair Order & Internal Work Management: Create and manage internal repair orders for service and collision inventory. Service order processing & inventory. Track and support completion of internal work and pre-delivery inspections to meet production goals.Assist in managing open work orders and ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
Productivity Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor daily produced hours for all Technicians to ensure targets are met. Communicate performance insights and productivity trends to Service Management.
Customer Communication & Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure work is completed on time and customers receive status updates. Handle incoming service inquiries and schedule appointments as needed. Maintain a professional, courteous approach in all customer and team interactions.
Administrative & Compliance Duties: Stay updated on manufacturer warranty claims, recalls and service bulletins. Data entry and administrative tasks as directed. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company standards and procedures.
