On call- Delivery Driver Helper

We are currently hiring a ONCALL- DELIVERY HELPER for one of our clients for an ASAP start date.

Position Details:

Payrate – $19.40/HR
Location: London, ON
Schedule: On call - 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading building materials at job sites
• Ensure customer orders are complete and accurate
• Maintain order paperwork and report shortages or issues to the Yard Supervisor
• Uphold site safety and cleanliness in the yard and warehouse
• Support returns processing and relay messages from customers
• Assist other team members and work areas as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must have Working on Heights training
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Comfortable with physical labor, including frequent lifting of 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
• Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and workplace safety

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, and trunk rotation
• Work involves exposure to outdoor elements in all weather conditions
• Hands-on, active work environment
