Inside Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with current and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong tele-phone communication skills, a passion for sales and sales growth, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Experience with tele-marketing or tele-sales is important.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services. 25/30 converstaions everyday.
• Utilize Netsuite to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Understand market trends and customer needs to provide relevant solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Upsell and account management

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite or similar CRM software is advantageous.
• Technical sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
