CHEMICAL BATCH MIXER – OAKVILLE

We are currently hiring an experienced Chemical Batch Mixer for a manufacturing facility in Oakville. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience working with chemicals, mixing, batching, or production environments.

Position: Chemical Batch Mixer
Location: Oakville, ON (Dundas/403)
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Shift: 7am-5:30pm Mon-Thurs (must be flexible to work overtime as required)
Pay: $20/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate mixing and batching equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure and add raw materials according to production formulas
• Follow batch sheets, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Handle and work with various chemical materials
• Monitor mixing processes and ensure products meet quality standards
• Perform basic equipment checks and keep the work area clean and organized
• Complete production records and documentation accurately
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Lift and move materials as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in chemical mixing, batching, compounding, or a similar manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working with chemicals and following WHMIS procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise formulas and instructions
• Good understanding of workplace safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
