We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Toronto office at 69 Yonge Street. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and visitors while providing administrative support to the office. You will respond to inquiries, manage incoming calls, perform data entry and general office duties, and help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.

What Would You Be Doing?

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Respond clearly and effectively to customer and visitor inquiries in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Communicate and coordinate with customers, visitors, employees, supervisors, and other relevant team members as required.
  • Perform reception duties efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Perform data entry related to the revenue collection database and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, ordering office supplies, and maintaining documentation.
  • Assist the Office Manager in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, customers, and the general public.
  • Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal presentation.
  • Follow applicable workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What Are the Working Conditions?

  • Hourly Salary: $22.50 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: 69 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON
  • On-site, customer-focused office environment.
  • Regular interaction with customers, visitors, employees, and management.
  • Must be comfortable managing phone, in-person, and administrative responsibilities throughout the workday.
  • Regular computer and data-entry work.
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 2–3 years of office or administrative experience.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with data entry, filing, record keeping, and general office administration.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
