People Store Staffing Solutions is currently hiring experienced and certified Wire Guide Narrow Aisle Order Picker and Reach Operators for a leading automotive parts facility in Mississauga.

We are looking for operators with strong hands-on experience operating both Crown and Raymond equipment who are interested in a long-term opportunity.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Shifts Available

• Day: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Night: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating Wire Guide Narrow Aisle Order Picker and Reach
• Must have hands-on experience operating both Crown and Raymond equipment
• Valid forklift certification from a recognized training school
• Valid Fall Arrest certification
• Experience picking orders using an RF scanner
• Ability to safely lift auto parts up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Clear criminal background check
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Available for full-time, long-term employment
