Join our Mobile Security Team! We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and customer-focused security professional to join our team as a Mobile Security Supervisor (Full-Time).The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting and supervising field staff, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong client service standards.Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) is an ISO31000, ISO9001 and ISO45001 certified company and one of Canada's leading security companies. Our diverse, highly qualified team members and relentless commitment to excellence create superior results for our clients.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support mobile security staff during assigned shiftsProvide training, guidance, and ongoing coaching to new and current mobile staff regarding patrol procedures and alarm investigationsAssist with alarm response and building patrolsLiaise between clients and site staff in emergency situationsConduct staff follow-ups regarding performance and disciplinary mattersRespond to employee emergencies, injuries, or workplace incidents and document accordinglyConduct regular patrols, dispatch, and respond to alarms at client propertiesEnsure operational tools, vehicles, and systems are functional; report any maintenance issuesCoordinate site activity and shift coverage; lead shift briefingsProvide exceptional customer service and promote a professional company imageEnforce company policies and procedures as requiredQualificationsAt least 2 years of supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of security experienceA valid BC Security Worker LicenceValid Basic First Aid Certification (OFA Level 1 or equivalent)Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma is required at a minimum; however, post-secondary education is preferredExcellent communication skills (including phone, email and report-writing)Strong computer skills (including use of Tracktik software)Attention to detail and ability to multitaskExceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients Strong organizing and planning skillsAbility to work without close supervisionGood physical fitnessReporting StructureThis position reports directly to the Mobile Operations Manager.
