Front-End Designer

Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Front-End Designer to design and develop engaging digital experiences across our SaaS platform, website, and marketing channels. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic and UI design skills with front-end development expertise to transform concepts into polished, responsive, and user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing assets, including:
  • Social media creatives and paid ad visuals
  • Website graphics and landing page elements
  • Email marketing banners and templates
  • Sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies
  • Videos
• Translate marketing briefs into effective, visually engaging designs
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and growth teams on campaigns
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all touchpoints
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and basic performance insights (CTR, engagement, etc.)
• Manage multiple design requests and prioritize tasks independently
• Contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and campaign impact

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in digital marketing or SaaS)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
  • Marketing-focused work (ads, social media, web graphics)
  • Clean, modern design style
  • Consistency across different formats
• Proficiency in:
  • Canva or similar design tools
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Power Point
• Good understanding of:
  • Layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Designing for digital platforms and responsiveness
  • Basic marketing concepts (ads, funnels, campaign goals)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
