Job Overview

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production lines, equipment, and related machinery to support safe, reliable plant operations.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience with maintenance

Nice to Have:

  • Licensed Millwright or close to completing license
  • Experience in a steel processing facility
  • Experience with electrical or hydraulics

In this role, you will support day-to-day plant reliability by troubleshooting equipment issues, completing preventative maintenance, and working with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize repairs. The position is well suited for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As required, repair plant equipment with the goal of minimizing production interruption.
  • Proactively perform regular preventative maintenance on all plant equipment with the goal of preventing unplanned production interruption.
  • As required, perform repairs and maintenance in other areas of the facilities/property outside of the plant.
  • Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor regarding prioritization of workload.

Shift:

Rotation: 2 weeks 6:00am to 3:00pm, 1 Week 3:00 pm to 11:00pm or alternatively day shift with on call responsibilities for the afternoon shift.
