Customer Service Representative (Outbound)

The Customer Service Representative (Outbound) will play a key role in engaging with customers through outbound calls for support and survey purposes. Working within a call centre environment, this representative will manage customer interactions, collect valuable feedback, and maintain accurate records using call center software. Handling a high volume of calls daily, the ideal candidate will focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound customer support and survey calls
• Engage with customers to address inquiries and collect feedback
• Accurately update and manage customer information in CRM systems
• Utilize call center software to track interactions and call outcomes
• Work collaboratively within a call centre team environment
• Maintain call volume between 50-100 calls per day

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience making outbound calls in a call centre environment is an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and confident phone manner
• Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, call centre software, and other computer applications
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
• Ability to document customer interactions and update records efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling challenging customer interactions

Shifts: 5pm-2am & 8am-8pm (Should be available on weekends)

Contract: 12 months
Pay rate: TBD

Candidates must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
