Inside Sales Specialist (Service Intake, Floor Sales)

Job Description: As an Inside Sales / Service Intake Specialist, you will manage walk-in customers, take service tickets, close sales on repairs and products, and promote our products and services at the counter and over the phone.
Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and handle service intake for repairs and upgrades.
• Sell hardware, accessories, and services.
• Follow up on quotes and service updates to close jobs.
• Process counter sales and parts orders efficiently.
• Log all interactions in our ticketing and sales systems.
• Hit monthly targets for service revenue and attachments.
• Keep the sales floor organized and ready for busy periods.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, ideally in tech.
• Comfortable selling and explaining basic IT solutions and service.
• Organized with good phone and face-to-face skills.
• Ability to manage multiple walk-ins without losing track of details.
• Full-time (40 hours/week).
