Production Worker

System Graphics is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. In this hands-on position, you will help produce, finish, inspect, and prepare graphic products for our customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, follows instructions carefully, and works well in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare materials and complete production orders according to specifications
• Assemble, trim, package, and label finished products
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and defects
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Track materials and report shortages or equipment issues
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards
• Work collaboratively with production, design, and shipping team members
• Perform other production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, printing, or graphics experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Basic ability to read measurements and production instructions
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
