Success in this role also requires excellent active listening skills, accurate and efficient typing, proficiency using Microsoft Windows based computer systems and the ability to handle confidential information without discretion. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays. This position includes handling emotionally sensitive conversations, including calls from families experiencing loss.
