What You'll Do

• Coach individuals through career transitions using personalised plans and proven programmes, tracking outcomes and refining your approach as you go.
• Lead one-to-one and group sessions, build your own client pipeline, and manage relationships end-to-end.
• Apply modern development practices and AI-enhanced techniques to accelerate results for the people you coach.
• Contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team culture focused on genuine impact.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years across HR, talent sourcing, team leadership, coaching, or executive-level experience.
• A self-starter who thrives with autonomy, proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable running your own practice.
