Truck Helper

Nova Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and physically capable Driver Helper to assist with deliveries throughout the Fredericton area. The Driver Helper will work alongside the delivery driver to safely load, unload, and deliver products to customers. This is an active, hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to handle physical work. Responsibilities Assist drivers with loading and unloading products Deliver and stack merchandise at customer locations Accurately count and verify orders Safely handle products to prevent damage during transportation Use hand trucks, dollies, and other equipment to move products Assist with offloading products from trucks and transporting them to designated locations Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers Follow all workplace and transportation safety procedures Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts Perform other general labour and delivery duties as required Requirements Previous delivery, warehouse, or general labour experience is an asset Must be comfortable with early morning starts at 5:00 AM Must be physically capable of repetitive lifting and moving products Ability to lift up to 90 lbs, with an average case weight of approximately 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Strong teamwork and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English A valid driver's licence is an as Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
