Forklift Operator (Reach Truck)

Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is hiring Forklift Operators for our client in Ancaster. Operate a Crown reach truck in a fast-paced warehouse, move and store pallets safely, and support shipping/receiving operations.

What you'll do

• Operate a Crown reach truck safely and efficiently in narrow-aisle racking.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report mechanical issues immediately.
• Follow all safety protocols, warehouse traffic rules, and PPE requirements.
• Pick, move, and store pallets at various rack heights; replenish pick locations.
• Stage product for shipping/receiving; load and unload trailers as required.
• Use RF scanners/WMS to track inventory and verify quantities for accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow FIFO where applicable.
• Assist with general warehouse duties (picking, packing) when needed.

What you bring

• Valid forklift certification (reach truck experience required).
• 1+ years operating reach trucks in narrow-aisle environments.
• Comfortable working at height and in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail; able to read pick tickets and use RF scanners.
• Reliable attendance, safety-first mindset, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe boots and high-visibility vest (or ability to obtain).
